They are currenlty recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to join the dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first class service to all customers (b2b). Key duties will include:

Handle front-line telephone and written contact with customers, consumers and sales personnel
Order editing and order entry as appropriate
Provide advice and assistance to customers
Receive and process 'follow up' information for previous requests and update systems as appropriate;
Provide the necessary administration support to resolve customer queries;
Provide general administrative support such as mailing, faxing, photocopying, information storage and printing;
Required Knowledge & Experience:

Experience working in a fast-paced and often demanding customer service environment
Experience working within a similar role, with demonstrable customer service experience
Excellent customer services skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to cope with a high level of change
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team or individually, on own initiative
Computer literate (including word). Experience of using SAP would be an advantage.
Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and create trust
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage personal workload
Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills to interact successfully at all levels
