Sue Ross Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Accounts Administrator to join our client, a successful property company based in Sheffield.

Sue Ross Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Accounts Administrator to join our client, a successful property company based in Sheffield.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• Inputting all records and details into a bespoke accounts database
• Running mail merges as and when required
• Conducting property viewings during the winter season
• Dealing with incoming/outgoing communications
• Responding to enquiries via phone and email
• Undertaking general administration duties as and when required
• Assisting with accounts duties, including weekly payment of suppliers
• Taking rent payments

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. You must be comfortable working as part of a small team. Candidates with previous experience gained within a property environment will be at an advantage.
