Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist international manufacturing and distribution company looking for highly focused individual to join their small complaints handling team for an 18 month fixed term contract.

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist international manufacturing and distribution company looking for highly focused individual to join their small complaints handling team for an 18 month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be able to adhere to strict guidelines and accurately follow set processes to ensure complaints are dealt with in line with department KPIs. Maintaining the extremely high standards of the company, you will be a self-starting problem solver who thrives on customer interaction and finding solutions to varied issues.
Responsibilities include:
• Data entry for product complaints onto a global database
• Co-ordination of logistics regarding the movement of goods between customers and manufacturers
• Providing general administration support to the team
• Ensuring completion of outstanding tasks and reports by manufacturers and producing accurate and prompt responses to all correspondence

You will demonstrate exceptional customer service in resolving complaints and managing adverse incidents. This is a highly regulated company and as such you will show a high attention to detail at all times, along with the ability to communicate at all levels.
