Sue Ross Recruitment are working with leading engineering company in the recruitment of a Sales/Customer Service Administrator.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious, customer focused self-starter to join an established team.

Duties include:
• Handling customer calls, emails and responding to questions and queries
• Preparing quotations
• Quotation follow up calls
• Negotiating with customers to secure orders
• Liaising with other departments
• To respond in a timely and professional manner to customer enquiries, by providing quotations using issued price lists.
• To conduct contract reviews and process orders using Movex software, and provide production with the relevant check-sheets.
- This position will involve liaising with UK customers mainly, but also with Export accounts as and when required.


Required experience:


• Recent experience in a busy sales office
• An enthusiastic person with a can do attitude able to work on own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Methodical, organised with ability to prioritise
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Able to manage and respond to multiple issues at once whilst meeting deadlines
