Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading media company in the recruitment of an Administration/Customer Service Co-ordinatort to assist with the Head of Operational Services, Customer Service Manager & Operations Manager with managing the processes, systems and task management.
Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading media company in the recruitment of an Administration/Customer Service Co-ordinator to assist with the Head of Operational Services, Customer Service Manager & Operations Manager with managing the processes, systems and task management.
This is an interesting and varied role that is part administrative and part customer service, providing 1st line support to customers.
• 1st line service support
• Answering incoming calls
• Responding to emails
• Logging service calls
• Assisting with producing mailshots
•Arranging the shipment of equipment
•Liaising with clients
• Assisting with the maintenance of the CRM system
• Liaising with and co-ordinating international teams and clients
For this role, we seek candidates who have first class customer service skills, together with excellent administrative experience. Additional experience providing 1st or 2nd line IT support would be advantageous, but not essential. You must have masses of energy and enthusiasm.
