We have a vacancy within the Sue Ross Recruitment team as an Office Administrator supporting a team of Consultants with all aspects of their day to day work.

We have a vacancy within the Sue Ross Recruitment team as an Office Administrator supporting a team of Consultants with all aspects of their day to day work. The role is extremely heavy on the administration and has high volumes of typing. Daily duties will include:

• Booking in registration appointments
• Diary management (using MS Outlook)
• Formatting CVs and sending out reference requests
• Sending standard letters and emails to clients and candidates
• Answering incoming telephone calls and meeting and greeting visitors to the office
• Maintaining filing systems
• Uploading vacancies onto the website and other job boards
• Preparing e-shots and marketing material
• Managing social media platforms including Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter

For this role it is essential that you have fast and accurate copy typing (c50 wpm+), along with excellent grammatical skills. We seek candidates with a secretarial or administrative background and a full working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel is essential. Experience on social media is also of interest to us as with any business it is imperative that we have and maintain a strong online presence. You must be professionally presented, enjoy a strong team culture and most important of all have excellent communication and organisational skills.
