Sue Ross Recruitment are with a leading giftware distribution company in the recruitment of a Sales Administrator.

This is a very interesting and varied role and will involve liaising with some of the biggest names in the UK retail industry. Your day to day duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Processing sales orders
• Preparing warehouse documentation
• Booking in deliveries and submitting orders to the warehouse
• Handling customer queries
• Preparing quotations
• Preparing sales presentations
• Liaising with customers
• General administrative duties

This is a fast paced and demanding role therefore you must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You must also have first class communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative.

Applicants must have recent customer service and administrative experience.
