Sue Ross Recruitment are recruiting an exciting temporary Customer Service Advisor role to cover a period of sick leave for around 2 months. Working on behalf of our Sheffield based international manufacturing client you will be working within a small contact centre and will be responsible for providing first class customer care to clients requiring company services and equipment. The successful candidate will be a confident decision maker, acting in a professional manner at all times. You will work to tight deadlines ensuring patient care is of the utmost priority at all times. Excellent time management and prioritising skills are a must as you must ensure that service specifications are met and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

Key duties will include:
• Setting up patient accounts and co-ordinating end of service arrangements
• Co-ordinating home installations
• Maintaining telephone communication with patients
• Handling general enquiries, queries and complaints
• Working in line with KPIs
• Inputting into and updating databases and records
• Processing orders and co-ordinating with the dispatch team
• Liaising with GPs and Health Trusts
• Keeping accurate records and documenting information for the relevant departments
• Dealing with invoices and reimbursements
• Performing general administrative duties

A proactive team player with exemplary communication skills, you will enormous amounts of empathy and compassion and will have the ability to remain calm, professional and problem solve under pressure. Customer Service experience is essential for this role, and some knowledge of the medical industry would be advantageous.
