Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with a specialist manufacturing and distribution company who are recruiting for a Customer Service Account Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.



Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with a specialist manufacturing and distribution company who are recruiting for a Customer Service Account Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. This is a thriving business and therefore the role is extremely busy and varied.

Key duties will include:

• Processing orders
• Answering incoming calls from internal and external customers
• Resolving inbound enquires from customers
• Raising credit notes
• Managing and investigating complaints
• Liaising with other 3rd Party Logistics to resolve delivery issues

The aim of the role is to provide continuous customer improvement to the overall customer service. You will ideally have a qualification gained within customer service or administration and it is essential that you have a previous working knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite. To be considered for the role ideal candidates will have an effective telephone manner with the ability to handle difficult calls in a sympathetic but authoritative manner. Our client offers a great work environment but this would only be suited to candidates who enjoys being part of a team culture in a fast paced role.
