Sue Ross Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to join a well-established equipment maintenance company as a Customer Services Administrator. This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. However, our client is currently undergoing an exciting period of expansion and, as such, there is a possibility for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and providing an effective support service to the Account Managers, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls and performing the following duties:


• Generating quotations for customers
• Maintaining the customer database
• Meeting targets
• Liaising with other departments
• Generating reports
• Identifying opportunities for new business
• Booking services and training
• Logging breakdowns
• Logging relevant information and requesting further necessary details
• Liaising with sites and engineers


This is a varied role that would suit a motivated candidate who enjoys communicating with customers, multi-tasking and ensuring tasks are completed to the best of their availability.
