An excellent communicator with proven leadership skills, you will work towards the company’s global payroll services vision, reporting directly to the Director of HR Shared Services.

An excellent communicator with proven leadership skills, you will work towards the company’s global payroll services vision, reporting directly to the Director of HR Shared Services.

Key duties but by no means limited to will include:
• Responsibility for service delivery, including payroll processing with a full knowledge of pensions, taxation, bonus and overtime payments, SSP, SMP etc
• Managing payroll vendor relationships
• Maintaining extensive knowledge of legal requirements and regulations
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Producing reports and maintaining files
• Completing audits and analysis working to strict KPI’s and SLA agreements and reporting on the same
• Training staff; managing payroll information in a user-friendly manner
• Building internal and external networks
• Setting goals, tracking and evaluating performances
The successful candidate will ideally be CIPP qualified or similar and have extensive senior level payroll experience with a working knowledge of continuous Improvement Methodologies such as LEAN. You will demonstrate personal integrity and a commitment to the effectiveness of the Payroll Shared Services Operations, providing consultation and learning services as necessary.
