Sue Ross Recruitment are working with their client, a leading international hi-tech organisation who specialise within the IT sector. They are currently looking to recruit a HR Business Analyst/Business Partner to work within their well-established HR team on a temporary basis for 3 to 4 months. Our client are currently undergoing a restructure and are looking for a candidate with organisation design experience who is able to analyse and interpret internal structures and development.

Our client are currently undergoing a restructure and are looking for a candidate with organisation design experience who is able to analyse and interpret internal structures and development.


Key duties will include:
• Understanding the organisation’s business objectives, strategy, processes and operations
• Proposing changes to meet the needs of the business
• Defining Job Titles, Job Design and Job Classification
• Refining, developing and implementing the organisational development framework
• Writing new Job Descriptions
• Supporting Hiring Managers with content descriptions
• Working closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully
• Supporting the project management for HR initiatives, including Career Structures

This role will work closely with the HR Project Manager and therefore project management experience could be beneficial. You will also have the ability to advise on organisational change and development, providing progression routes for development. This is a fantastic role for someone who has similar experience and who has a relevant professional qualification.
