Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading, family-owned funeral directors in the recruitment of a full time Administrator.

Based predominantly from their head office in Sheffield, you will provide a centralised admin support service to the team, that will include:

• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Providing a professional and friendly reception service
• Handling incoming enquiries
• Maintianing filing systems
• Data entry
• General administrative duties

For this role, it is essential that you have fantastic communication skills – you must have a caring and sympathetic, yet professional manner. You must also havef first class administrative skills and be conversant in MS Office. You will be required to work between the head office and another site office located in S10.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will also be required to work one in three/four Saturdays (working 10am to 6pm) and a day will be given off in lieu.
